Cartica Acquisition Corp is a special purpose acquisition company, incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities.

Although we may explore opportunities in any industry or geography, it is our goal to merge with a technology firm that will benefit from our team’s extensive global investment and operating experience.
